About Arts Envoy IPR -
In 2018 the US Department of State Office of Intellectual Property Enforcement teamed up with the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Arts to create Arts Envoy Intellectual Property Rights pilot program.

Like traditional Arts Envoy exchanges, US Embassies and Consulates abroad request a visit from the IPR citizen ambassador delegation, and the trip is arranged through the ECA Office.
